The hotel
Before the Second World War, the Strandhotel's building consisted of two large holiday villas. After the war, the two villas were merged and converted into the Strandhotel. The complexity of the stairs and walls still betrays the fact that the building once consisted of two different buildings. Many original details of the villas can still be seen in the hotel.
